CARACTERISTICS:

RUST CONTROL is a ready to use, waterborne, elastic material designed to be applied in one coat, on bare metals, primed, painted or top coated surfaces. It's an advanced mix of synthetic polymers, free of PVCs, VOC´s, or asbestos, with outstanding adhesion and elastic properties on metals and painted surfaces.
A cross-linked polymer coating of 0,5 to 1,0 mm thick, maintains its original elasticity for many years without cracking or peeling.
 

METAL PREPARATION:

• Remove flakes of loose rust and old paint, by light scraping or brushing.
• Remove grease, dust and oil from surfaces to be coated.
• Previous application of a rust converter (Total Coat ConvertOx or similar) is suitable.
